Job Summary

Position: SMT Operator

Location: Gardena CA

Shift: 6 am - 2:30pm

Compensation: $23- $25 per hour

Join a leading EMS company specializing in high-quality printed circuit board (PCB) production for industries like aerospace automotive medical and more.

What Youll Do:

Operate SMT equipment including solder paste printers (Ekra E4/X4) reflow ovens (BTU) and pick/place machines (Mydata & Samsung)

Set up feeders trays and stencils for accurate component placement

Prepare and run reflow ovens for PCB soldering

Work in a fast-paced hands-on environment with a supportive team

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Must be able to complete work in a timely manner demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and promote quality

Must be consistently at work on time

Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision

Fast learner with strong attention to detail

Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced hands-on environment

Prior experience with SMT equipment 2 years minimum

We participate in E-Verify.

Must pass drugand background.
