About The Role Te mahi

An exciting opportunity awaits an outstanding Senior Spa Therapist to join the team at the beautiful and modern Moss Spa within the Sudima Christchurch City.

We are looking for a passionate and customer focused therapist who is willing to exceed guests expectations with memorable spa treatments and service.

This is a permanent full-time role with a guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week with a pay rate of $30 per hour. Weekend availability is a must.

Responsibilities Ngā haepapa

  • Work flexibly across weekdays weekends and public holidays
  • Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments massages facials waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner
  • Deliver a high level of service to all guests
  • Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products
  • Ensure client database is kept up to date and is correct
  • Keep a clean and stocked room
  • Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
  • Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
  • Apply best practices and keep up to date with market trends
  • Receiving bookings arranging appointments and maintaining client records


Requirements

About you Ko koe tenei

  • NZQF Level 4 qualification or at least three years of relevant experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
  • Qualified CIBTAC or ITEC equivalent preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Spa therapist
  • Passionate about Spa and Luxury Treatments
  • Hands on experience in massage techniques manicures pedicures waxing and face/body therapies
  • Experience in sales will be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated team player with strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • User level computer skills
