The Commercial Managerwill be responsible for leading financial management and reporting for Opal Fibre Packaging (OFP) and its business units including forecasting budgeting statutory reporting and balance sheet integrity.
You will contribute to the success of Opal by:
- Prepare all monthly reporting requirements including GM reports submission of monthly results and reports for OFP
- Providing analysis and commentary regarding accounts and financial reports within the OFP Group
- Co-ordination of the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process is delivered across OFP by way of a comprehensive and robust process
- Drive improvements to the Day 3 and Mid-Month forecasting cycle. Forecasts are presented to Head of Commercial OFP with the relevant analysis and commentary.
- Coordinate OFP Group requirements
- Capital Forecasting cash flow analysis and business improvement review
- Internal Control including management of DOA internal and external audit processes

Specifically for this role we expect you will have;
- Degree in Finance Accountancy or Commerce including a post Graduate Qualification of either CPA or CA
- 5 years experience in a finance / commercial management role within a manufacturing environment
- Standard Costing and Financial Management exposure
- High computer literacy skills (including SAP and Microsoft Applications)
- Self-Motivated with a Yes We Can Approach to Work and a drive for results
- Ability to Work Under Pressure with Tight Deadlines
