Line of Service Overview

Our Middle East Assurance practice includes over 2300 people based in 12 countries across the region and is part of PwCs global network that is operating worldwide. PwC Middle Easts Assurance practice combines the right mix of human-led and tech powered solutions to provide our clients with quality audits and other risk services that create confidence and impact in our region and across society.

What is expected from you

As an Operations Associate you will play a crucial cross-functional role and you will collaborate with teams to maximize resource sharing and support the effective delivery of services to clients. This involves communicating across different lines of service forecasting needs and balancing workloads while promoting development and diversity initiatives. You will also monitor utilization rates providing follow-up with relevant teams and investigating any discrepancies to maintain optimal performance levels.

As an Operations Associate your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Prepare and analyze ad hoc reports providing insights to optimize performance and efficiency.

  • Monitor budgetary compliance and ensure costs associated with resource allocation are aligned with financial goals.

  • Evaluate utilization data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to meet both operational needs and budgetary constraints.

  • Collaborate with finance and project teams to report on resource expenditures and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.

  • Review daily utilization and connect with the concerned team to investigate variances

  • Provide reporting on hours usage by business

What will you bring

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or any relevant field

  • Open mindset and flexibility

  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resource Operations and Admin.

  • willingness to support and work in a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (oral and written)

  • Business development and client relationship building skills

  • Willingness to challenge the norms and to create a cohesive and effective working team

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Knowledge in using technologies and experience using Data Analytics tools is a plus

  • Commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
