Job Description & Summary

In testing and quality assurance at PwC you will focus on the process of evaluating a system or software application to identify any defects errors or gaps in its functionality. Working in this area you will execute various test cases and scenarios to validate that the system meets the specified requirements and performs as expected.

What Youll Do:

- Develop and maintain robust automated test suites (Playwright Cypress Selenium etc.)

- Validate digital accessibility compliance using WCAG 2.2 A/AA/AAA guidelines - Conduct accessibility audits using tools like axe-core Lighthouse or WAVE

- Collaborate with developers and designers to embed accesibility from the start - Integrate automation and accessibility checks into our CI/CD pipeline

- Drive quality improvements through data-driven testing and proactive reporting

What Were Looking For:

- 45 years of software testing experience with a strong focus on automation - Proven experience with accessibility testing (automated manual)

- Good understanding of ARIA semantic HTML and screen reader behavior

- Familiar with tools like NVDA JAWS VoiceOver or equivalent - Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira/TestRail

Preferrable to have:

- ISTQB or accessibility certifications

- Experience with GitHub Actions Jenkins or Azure DevOps

- A passion for inclusive design and shift-left testing
