About the role
Our Paralegals make our specialist teams tick. Youll be sitting at the heart of cases researching analysing collating preparing and proofing legal documents as well as being a superstar at the office fundamentals of diary management emailing filing and customer service.
You will have solid experience of residential property transactions and be comfortable in an open entrepreneurial and progressive working youll be at home dealing with the meticulous checking of documents and making sure details are correct across files reports and cases.
Helping our teams deliver Legal Wellbeing is a vital part of the role. Youll be visible client-side so your interactions are key to our continued success and growth.

Whats needed -
- Educated to at least GDL/LPC level (or equivalent) is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years residential property paralegal experience within a specialist property department
- Dynamic and driven with an ability to work independently with initiative discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to work to deadlines.
- Exceptional team player resilient and calm under pressure with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to work with an eye for detail and a strong motivation to learn.
- Strong technical skills including a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft applications with experience using case management and relationship management systems a bonus.
