Job Description:
The Corporate Finance Summer Analyst program provides the opportunity to gain exposure to a number of disciplines within Commercial and Corporate Banking (TCCB). Interns will sharpen financial analysis skills develop an understanding of TCCB markets and clients and gain experience in corporate finance and products through on-the-job training. Within the group Summer Analysts play a meaningful role in supporting internal and external clients.
Corporate Finance:
Truist Corporate Finance Group originates and structures bank debt in TCCB supporting leveraged buyouts acquisition financing recapitalization transactions and other capital structure transformative transactions involving founder and private equity owned companies. The Corporate Finance Summer Analyst plays an integral role in supporting senior teammates in new business development due diligence and/or transaction execution while building relationships among key stakeholders within the bank. Responsibilities involving but not limited to due diligence document processing financial modeling statistical analysis research and presentation development.

This role is primarily for our Atlanta GA office with a secondary emphasis on Charlotte NC.
