Job Summary
Summary:
An established Commercial HVAC Service Company is looking to hire a HVAC Installation Foreman out of their Atlanta office. The company provides HVAC Services throughout the Southeast and is looking to add a Foreman to their growing team.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage crews performing commercial HVAC installations including systems such as ductwork piping mechanical equipment and insulation.
* Collaborate with project leaders site supervisors subcontractors and general contractors to keep the project on track and address on-site challenges.
* Organize daily work plans and delegate tasks to team members based on project timelines and priorities.
* Oversee the completion of work to ensure it meets safety regulations building codes and company quality standards.
* Conduct regular inspections during installation to confirm correct fit alignment and system performance.
* Keep accurate daily logs including jobsite records and employee work hours.
Qualifications:
* 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation experience is required.
* 2 years of supervisory/lead experience in the HVAC industry is required.
* Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
Preferred:
* HVAC technical training is a plus.
* OSHA 10 or 30 certification is highly preferred.
* EPA Universal Certification is highly preferred.
