Job Summary
The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in optimizing KEENs sales operationsthrough reporting process improvements and strategic program execution. This role ensures that Salesleadership has the insights tools and scalable processes needed to drive growth across all businesscategories. By overseeing Power BI reporting sales incentive programs and cross-functional alignmentthe Manager enables data-informed decision-making that strengthens sales performance and supportsKEENs evolving best practices.

Qualifications
Education:Bachelors Degree in Business Finance Analytics or related field required
Minimum Years of Experience: Six (6) years of experience in sales operations business analytics or related field; Two (2) years of experience in a people leadership role preferred.
Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform theessential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.

Base Salary:
$102700 - $113000
This range represents the low and high ends of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience knowledge skills and location.
