Job Summary
Overview
UW Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Teller to serve our members at our Mayfair Branch.
This position is internal only and has a posting deadline of Monday September 29th.

Responsibilities
- Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front facing member service at the Mayfair branch location
- Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services
- Ensure all members requests are processed accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to UW Credit Unions Cash Management policies and procedures
- Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified and communicate with affected members
- Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport uncovering needs making recommendations & submitting referrals
- Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
- Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed
- Ability to work in an autonomous environment
