This Position reports to:

Business Manager - Operations


Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Product Marketing Function in Xiamen China. Main stakeholders are ELDS.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Creates plans and ensures implementation of the local go-tomarket product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
  • Establishes product marketing targets and budgets. Ensures their achievement through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
  • Implements annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups. Prepares business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
  • Coordinates market analyses with Product Marketing team and Sales team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluates and shares customer research market conditions and competitor data.
  • Drives sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales) for each Sales person. Ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • Minimum 3 years sales/Marketing working experience in related field;
  • Familiar with medium/Low voltage products and related market;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills expected and willingness to travel;
  • Have good team work spirit;
  • Good English and computer level.
