Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责
Build Centrum & Caltrate modern trade strategy and ensure it is aligned to corporate strategy operating model and all Sales & Marketing approved tools/frameworks.
Lead category review analyze business opportunities issues and create action plan for further growth
Design transforming projects to drive penetration track result and provide insightful suggestion
Closely work with key account regional trade marketing and field sales team to understand market needs customer insight and ensure execution quality
Do sales forecast based on historical data and plan; develop enhancement plan if needed
Monthly trade programs/resource efficiency analysis reports to continuously improve the ROI and generate learning
Budget control including channel funding and promotion funding
