Job Summary
This candidate will be responsible for interpreting customer requirements and ensuring effective communication and execution of those requirements throughout the manufacturing process. The role will start with a 2-year assignment in China followed by a permanent position at our Malaysia facility.
Responsibilities
- Receive and interpret customer drawings and technical documents
- Convert external requirements into internal documents for sampling evaluation and quotation
- Design production process flows and create SOPs for manufacturing
- Prepare and maintain APQP-related documents and support project reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering
- 2 years of relevant experience in product or process engineering
- Strong understanding of manufacturing documentation and procedures
- Problem-solving mindset with good communication skills
