We have an amazing opportunity for ExperiencedBusiness Support Administratorto join our Core Business Services team in Latvia.
Your key responsibilities:
- Make necessary bookings manage documentation and various other requests
- Support project teams with administrative tasks in project management local systems and internal processes
- Participate in improvement of internal processes of the department
- Organize internal service line team events
- Maintain continuous interaction with colleagues from service line and administration department
- Manage expectations and ensure outstanding internal client service
- Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude and by maintaining the confidential and proprietary nature of client relationships
- General assistance to project teams
Skills and attributes for success:
- Excellent communication interpersonal analytical problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Ability to work in team towards service line goals
- Obtained higher education
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- English and Latvian language proficiency as we work with international clients
- Commitment to learning and improvement
- At least 2 years of work experience as executive assistant or in a similar role
