What youll accomplish with us

As a Client Experience Representative youll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone chat email and written correspondence to resolve inquiries and provide policy information.
• Explain policy coverage and respond to customer questions and concerns.
• Identify requests that require escalation to other departments or management.
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain accurate service logs.
• Update policies and maintain a working knowledge of company products.
• Uphold a positive demeanor in a high-volume call center environment.
• Conduct business ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and company standards.

Were looking for someone who:

• Is known for their strong phone and active listening skills.
• Stands out for their friendly positive and learning-oriented attitude.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Is recognized for their attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Has 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a call center environment.
• Types at a minimum of 35 WPM and can meet department KPIs within 6 months of hire.
