About the Assignment
We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to join Global Tech Services within the Application Operations area. The mission is to improve and scale Digital Workplace operations (DWP) through effective processes tools and collaboration. This role is at the intersection of governance and innovation where operational stability meets continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between business teams technical teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and prioritize requirements ensuring alignment across functions.
- Manage Office 365 operations (Teams Meeting Rooms SharePoint MS applications).
- Set up and drive cross-functional forums with pillar functions.
- Align Ways of Working and improve processes between internal teams and vendors.
- Guide product teams in operational procedures for stable high-quality operations.
- Collaborate with area leadership on KPIs and operational goals.
Required Competence
- Proven experience as Project Coordinator or Service Delivery Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 suite and operations.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
- Solid expertise in Service Management (Incident Problem Change Knowledge Mgmt).
- Experience with risk management governance and compliance follow-up.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and technology trends.
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks.
- Process orientation and ITIL knowledge.
Good to Have
- ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with QA testing.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
