Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations in Romania Bulgaria and Moldova including accounting controlling taxation and treasury management.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports in compliance with local policy.
- Develop and monitor budgets forecasts and financial planning to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations statutory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage cash flow banking relationships and optimize working capital.
- Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors tax advisors and other stakeholders.
- Lead develop and supervise the finance team to achieve high performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g. CPA ACCA Steuerberater) are a plus.
- Minimum 510 years of progressive finance or accounting experience preferably in multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of local tax regulations.
- Solid experience in budgeting controlling and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluency in Romanian and English both written and spoken.
- Leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team.
