DescriptionResponsible for the end-to-end financial reporting process of allocated entities delivering quality workworking closely with finance business partners such as Tax Treasury and Legal;
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Monthly:
- Process and code invoices accurately for financial bookings
- Maintain cash book records and perform timely bank reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries with complete supporting documentation
- Manage intercompany recharges allocations and loan tracking including interest calculations
- Perform mark-to-market valuations of non-functional currency positions
- Oversee accruals and prepayments and conduct profit & loss review
- Generate and analyze WHT & current tax provision calculations
- Run and review trial balances and upload results to HFM
- Update and maintain monthly POR (Performance Operating Review) reports
- Track record and analyze Property Plant & Equipment (PP&E)
- Conduct monthly balance sheet analytics to support trial balance accuracy
- Run accounts payable reports to execute accurate payment runs and apply wire disbursement controls
Other:
- Prepare quarterly balance sheet reviews in collaboration with the local Financial Reporting Supervisor and Finance Manager
- Complete monthly and quarterly updates to the Presidents Operating Reports (POR) forecast
- Perform quarterly and annual analysis and reporting of tax audit and legal fees

For This Role You Will Need:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent. ACCA study supported by Company.
- 3-4 years in Accounting/Finance with exposure to working within and maintaining an effective internal control environment.
- Strong aptitude for working in multiple applications identification & adaptation of other technology tools. Sage and Hyperion experience an advantage but not essential.
- Strong English language skills required
