Job Summary

We help scale the impact of Cloud Data and AI by empowering Distributors Resellers and MSPs to become trusted advisors on their customers cloud journeys. As Operations Manager you will play a key role in ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently with a focus on finance HR compliance and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead internal operations covering finance HR compliance and administration
- Oversee financial management: invoicing budgeting expenses and reporting
- Manage the Funding Request process with AWS
- Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and data protection requirements
- Build and optimise scalable processes to support business growth
- Drive efficiency improvements through automation and best practices
- Deliver regular operational reports and insights to leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management (start-up or tech environment preferred)
- Knowledge of finance HR compliance and business operations
- Familiarity with cloud services business models; AWS experience a plus
- Proficient with tools such as Xero HR platforms and SaaS productivity tools
- Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple priorities
