Our client a growing and innovative player in the digital marketing space is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to lead their advertiser-side B2B sales efforts. This role focuses on acquiring and growing relationships with regulated operators and US-focused app advertisers while driving the overall sales and affiliate growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
As a Head of Sales your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Take ownership of the advertiser-side sales strategy focusing on acquiring and expanding relationships with regulated operators and US-focused app advertisers.
- Define and execute the overall sales and affiliate growth strategy.
- Lead mentor and support the Sales and Account Management team.
- Actively participate in relevant industry events.
- Build manage and maintain strong relationships with affiliates networks and partners in the iGaming sector.
- Identify and develop new sales verticals.
- Drive acquisition of new advertiser clients and affiliate partners in targeted markets.
- Use an analytical approach to optimize sales funnels assess performance and identify opportunities for scalable growth.
- Support senior leadership with business development projects as required.
Requirements:
- 5 years of B2B sales experience in either the US-regulated sports betting and iGaming market or in app marketing for products primarily targeting the US.
- 3 years of experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent negotiation communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain high-value relationships with advertiser partners.
- A collaborative enabler mindset capable of opening doors externally with clients and partners and internally by empowering the team.
- Confident driven and positive with the ability to inspire others.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with resilience strategic vision and openness to diverse perspectives.
- Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on in day-to-day execution.
- Native-level English proficiency.
