About The Role

As we continue to grow globally we are looking for a Growth & Outreach Executive to join the Doctify team and play a key role in expanding our network of healthcare professionals.

This hybrid role blends outbound email marketing performance-driven campaigns and direct engagement with healthcare professionals.

Youll be running campaigns at scale to drive freemium sign-ups and profile claims while also picking up the phone to follow up and guide doctors through onboarding to ensure they convert into freemium users. If youre equally confident and comfortable in data-driven technical marketing environments and speaking directly with prospects this role is for you.

Youll Be Responsible for

  • Own and execute scalable outbound campaigns to engage healthcare professionals and drive freemium sign-ups and profile claims.
  • Conduct follow-ups via phone/email to convert leads and ensure freemium onboarding success.
  • Build lists qualify leads and enrich CRM records to drive your own pipeline.
  • Report on performance and proactively optimise outbound campaigns for conversion.
  • Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure messaging and approach are aligned.
  • Act as a brand ambassador when speaking to doctors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Support on other marketing initiatives in collaboration with the wider growth team.

About you

  • 1 years of experience in email marketing prospecting outreach or growth roles preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech setting.
  • Basic understanding of marketing tactics and how to work with marketing funnels.
  • Some experience or comfort with phone outreach follow-up and objection handling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and self-management skills.
  • Passionate about healthcare and building trusted professional communities.

Technical Skills

  • Comfortable working with data-driven workflows: segment creation lead lists and campaign reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce or similar).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools that rely on API connections (e.g. syncing data across systems testing and troubleshooting integrations).
  • Experience with freemium or B2B2C acquisition strategies.
  • Prior experience working with or speaking to doctors clinics or medical professionals
