This Position reports to:
Sales Support Manager - Customer SupportAt ABB we help important industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.

Primary Responsibilities of Position
project management of ABB Group internal orders from Oversea ABB Sales Unit Command of the orders from RFQ/Reservation stage till handover as per contract and make sure each milestone of the order happens as planned.
Clarification and handle customer change during order fulfillment. Responsible for order change management and control the cost to ensure the margin.
cross functional teams in the factory during order fulfillment and make sure product OTD according to contract term.
5Follow up shipment and delivery to meet company financial target (EBIT OCF Revenue and so on).
domestic & oversea customer visit and motor/generator factory acceptance test.
Qualifications for the role
degree or above major in Electrical Mechanical Engineering Commercial or Project Management.
communication and coordination ability.
written and oral English ability.
customer service sense.
Electrical / Automation background.
background is a plus.
management experience in Chemical Oil &Gas or shipbuilding would be a plus.
effectively Problem solving Teamwork and Customer orientation.
