Office Administrator 12.21ph Temp to Perm Telford
Are you highly organised detail-oriented and passionate about keeping things running smoothly Were looking for a proactive Administrator to join our clients team and provide essential support to ensure the day-to-day operations of their business run seamlessly.

- Working hours of 9am-5pm Monday- Friday.

The Opportunity:
- Providing administrative support across departments as needed
- Maintaining accurate records databases and filing systems
- Processing documentation with precision and care
- Assisting with scheduling meetings appointments and diary management
- Responding to emails and correspondence in a timely and clear manner
Personal Profile:
- You MUST have previous office- based admin experience.
- Good knowledge of all Excel systems.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
