Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead develop and execute high-converting email marketing strategies.
- Set up optimize and manage automated email flows and campaigns (with the help of an email marketing VA for the repetitive stuff).
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine email strategies to maximize engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling email content and visuals.
- Stay ahead of email marketing trends deliverability best practices and industry updates.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey through personalized and targeted email communication.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven track record in email marketing for D2C e-commerce brands
- Expertise in Klaviyo (flows campaigns segmentation A/B testing etc.)
- Exceptional English writing and communication skills. Other languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and interpreting email marketing metrics
- Ability to work independently take ownership and drive results.
- Expertise in the latest AI tools
- Use the hidden word Beagle in your proposal so we know you have an eye for detail
- At least two client references we can speak to directly
