Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Lead develop and execute high-converting email marketing strategies.
Set up optimize and manage automated email flows and campaigns (with the help of an email marketing VA for the repetitive stuff).
Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine email strategies to maximize engagement and revenue.
Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling email content and visuals.
Stay ahead of email marketing trends deliverability best practices and industry updates.
Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey through personalized and targeted email communication.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven track record in email marketing for D2C e-commerce brands
Expertise in Klaviyo (flows campaigns segmentation A/B testing etc.)
Exceptional English writing and communication skills. Other languages are a plus.
Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and interpreting email marketing metrics
Ability to work independently take ownership and drive results.
Expertise in the latest AI tools
Use the hidden word Beagle in your proposal so we know you have an eye for detail
At least two client references we can speak to directly
