The opportunity

We support organisations to enhance performance and improve through trust transformation innovation and risk. We help clients identify the risks that matter design frameworks to manage them and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of governance and management.

As a risk trust and transformation professional you will be addressing a wide range of client issues in public sector corporate and not-for-profit in Brisbane and across Oceania. You will belong to an international network of specialists helping our clients design implement and review significant and critical change priorities.

This is a hybrid position based in Meanjin Brisbane. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

• Contributing to teams delivering risk trust resilience and transformation service engagements end to end particularly enterprise risk management (ERM) governance compliance and full cycle project risk management
• Planning preparing and reviewing activities and deliverables for clients and other parties
• Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with clients
• Working on multiple client engagement teams within the practice

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience working for a blue chip government or professional services organisation as in a risk governance strategy or compliance role
• Project & program risk management
• ERM design implementation and operations including risk service delivery
• Australian citizenship and baseline security clearance (or willingness to obtain) is a bonus.

Ideally youll also have the skills and attributes below but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes. Were interested in your aptitude attitude and willingness to learn.

• Risk and/or project program or equivalent certifications are highly desirable
• High quality written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate your ideas with impact
• Relationship management skills
