Job Summary

Position Title: Long Term Care LPN
Location: Ithaca NY 14850 (with floating to Cortland NY)
Job Type: Contract Local or Travel
Shift: 5x8s Day Shift no OT. Every other weekend and holiday required. Some Saturday shifts (7:30 AM 1:00 PM).
Duration: 13 weeks
Pay Rate: $35$40 per hour ($1312.50 $1500 weekly)

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Long Term Care LPNfor an exciting job in Ithaca NY.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
Document all patient care activities accurately in the EMR system.
Support admissions discharges and transfers as needed.
Maintain a safe clean and organized environment for patients and staff.
Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate effectively with families.
Follow infection control health and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of LPN experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
Active and unrestricted LPN license in New York State.
Ability to work day shifts with alternating weekends and holidays.
Strong communication time management and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
