The Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment supporting staff needs managing office resources and handling administrative duties to keep the business running effectively.
Oversee general office operations including supplies equipment and facility maintenance.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed.
Organize and schedule meetings appointments and events.
Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving office systems layouts and procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Manage office budgets and expenses; process invoices and purchase orders.
Liaise with IT HR finance and other departments to support business operations.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Support onboarding of new hires and coordinate basic HR functions as needed.
