Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finxact Analyst to support the implementation and integration of the Finxact core banking platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in banking and financial services with hands-on experience in core banking systems preferably Finxact. This is an onsite role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product owners business stakeholders architects and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather analyze and document requirements related to Finxact core banking functionalities.
- Support the configuration and integration of Finxact with upstream and downstream systems (e.g. digital channels payments cards).
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with Finxact and internal teams to ensure alignment on product capabilities limitations and customization.
- Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming UAT and production validation.
- Help define and maintain core banking workflows such as account opening servicing lending and deposits.
- Provide expertise in Finxact APIs data models and banking domain knowledge.
- Monitor and report progress issues and risks to stakeholders and project managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in banking or fintech as a Business Analyst System Analyst or similar role.
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience working with Finxact core banking platform (or strong exposure to similar platforms like FIS Temenos or Fiserv).
- Deep understanding of core banking processes: deposits payments lending account servicing etc.
- Hands-on experience with API specifications data mapping and system integration.
- Strong documentation skills: BRD FRD user stories process flows.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA Confluence and SQL.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms cards/payments systems or customer onboarding solutions.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles or working directly with Finxact/FIS teams
