The Quality Manager is responsible to be involved with participation in all program documentation. Provide problem solving assistance to the organization. Work within a cross-functional team setting for corrective action resolution. Directing and implementing continuous improvement activity. Monitoring key measurement data for trend analysis and making suggestions for improvement. Maintaining a professional relationship within as well as outside of the plant to promote corporate goals. Understand and work to established quality system registration requirements procedures and objectives.

While performing the duties of this job the associate is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time and stand and walk occassionally. The associate frequently is required to talk or hear. The associate is required to reach with hands and arms. Work will require frequent use of computer telephone and general office equipment.
The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities required include close vision peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
General office environment. The noise level ranges from quiet to moderate. The environment may be warm or cool depending on weather and other factors. Some exposure to production environment.
SCHEDULE:
Hours depend on business and department needs. All positions are subject to overtime as needed. Overtime can be scheduled by adding additional days to the scheduled days for the week or by extending the hours worked. See a supervisor for information on overtime worked in a particular department.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position supervises the quality department.
