Job Description

This role is based in North Atlanta GA.

Our client is an established Registered Investment Advisor and Financial Life Manager that has been in business for almost 25 years with over $1.5B in Assets Under Management (AUM).

They have an established office in Atlanta GA and need an incredible leader to lead that office and drive new business development.

As a Partner you will have a lucrative compensation package including base/bonus/commission dividends and equity. Depending on the candidate the total cash compensation for this role should be in the Mid 6 figures with equity worth significantly more long term.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the leader for a small but high impact Atlanta office.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals families and business owners on wealth management strategies including investment management estate planning philanthropy and tax optimization.
  • Manage and grow a book of business by fostering deep client relationships and delivering tailored financial strategies.
  • Partner with internal teamsinvestment research tax specialists estate and trust advisorsto deliver holistic financial solutions.
  • Lead business development initiatives through targeted networking referrals and strategic partnerships with centers of influence (e.g. attorneys CPAs family offices).
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm including governance culture client service model and long-term growth strategy.
  • Mentor coach and develop junior advisors to support firm-wide talent development.
  • Uphold the highest standards of compliance ethics and fiduciary responsibility

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry along with leadership experience.
  • You are a natural leader and excited about building something while growing your career and earnings.
  • Excels at New Business Development and growing AUM
  • You have an extensive network and are embedded in the community via memberships like Country Clubs or Tennis Club.
  • Active on Boards
  • Strong Customer / Client services orientation.
  • CFP Preferred
