Roles and Responsibilities

Drive membership sales through in-person phone email and social media outreach
Greet potential clients and walk-ins provide studio tours and present membership options
Follow up with leads and manage prospects through the sales pipeline
Meet or exceed monthly membership and sales goals
Provide a welcoming exceptional experience for all members and guests
Address and resolve member concerns or escalate issues to management when needed
Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked front desk retail area and studio space
Assist with daily cleaning and operational tasks before during and after shifts
