Job Description :

Purpose of Job

- Development of manufacturing processes for new products as part of the design transfer as well as the technical documentation required to define and specify the manufacturing processes
- Programming with CAM system and running in new products
- Ensuring efficient production of high-quality products in the design transfer area
- Continuous improvement of processes

Key responsibilities

- Provide technical support for the implementation of new processes ensure completion and documentation of all tasks .
- Ensure process and product quality in accordance with the relevant operational and material specifications
- Support project and process engineers in the development of manufacturing and/or test process flows and in the execution of DOE DFM/DFI tasks
- Development definition and execution of complex process development tasks such as the creation of CAM/CNC and/or CMM programs the development of the associated fixtures and tools as well as the execution of process studies in cooperation with the project and process engineers
- Setting up the production systems and running in qualifying and documenting the CNC programs created with all associated tasks
- Supporting and implementing the corresponding qualification and validation activities on the production systems
- Training of production employees
- Ensuring compliance with GMP standards and safety procedures
- Carrying out maintenance and visualizing maintenance plans
- Other work as specified by the supervisor
