Die Cast Maintenance Superintendent
Responsabilidades:
Desarrollar e implementar programas de mantenimiento preventivo predictivo y correctivo para hornos de fundición de aluminio
Supervisar el mantenimiento de equipos auxiliares
Coordinar las actividades del personal de mantenimiento (mecánico eléctrico e instrumentación)
Garantizar la ejecución segura de trabajos en áreas de alta temperatura y ambientes con exposición a humos y polvos metálicos.
Gestionar y controlar el presupuesto del área de mantenimiento optimizando costos y recursos.
Planificar y ejecutar paradas programadas de mantenimiento mayor asegurando su cumplimiento en tiempo y forma.
Monitorear y analizar indicadores de desempeño (KPI) para identificar y ejecutar mejoras en equipos y procesos.
Gestionar el inventario y la correcta administración de repuestos y consumibles.
Cumplir y hacer cumplir las normativas ambientales de seguridad industrial y calidad propias del proceso de fundición de aluminio.
Reportar a la alta dirección sobre el estado de equipos avances y necesidades de inversión.
Requisitos:
Ingeniería Mecánica Eléctrica Electromecánica Metalúrgica o carrera afín.
Fundamentos de metalurgia y procesos de fundición.
Mantenimiento mecánico eléctrico e hidráulico.
Mínimo 5 años en mantenimiento industrial y de fundición de aluminio.
Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios y ejecución de paradas mayores.
Mantenimiento y operación de hornos de aluminio y sistemas de colada.
Sistemas hidráulicos neumáticos y automatización industrial.
Técnicas de mantenimiento predictivo (análisis vibracional termografía ultrasonido).
Normativas de seguridad en fundiciones
Liderazgo y formación de equipos técnicos.
Planificación y ejecución eficiente de mantenimientos y proyectos.
Análisis de fallas y solución de problemas complejos.
Comunicación efectiva y trabajo colaborativo.
Orientación a resultados y mejora continua.
