Job Summary

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying pursuing and securing opportunities for companys Technical Services products and solutions.
Reporting to the Sales Director Technical Services EMEA & APAC this role focuses on generating leads developing high
value relationships with prospective clients and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs ultimately maximizing revenue across the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Full 360 Sales Cycle Own and manage the complete sales process from prospecting and qualifying leads through discovery pitching negotiating and closing new business. Build strong client relationships maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve revenue goals while delivering a consultative customer-first sales experience.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities providing market insights and Voice of the Client (VOC) feedback.
Represent company at trade shows conferences industry events and association meetings.
Achieve or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Good years of proven success in Sales ideally within food certification verification and compliance Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle. Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics Commercially astute with strong market analysis sales planning and performance management skills. Excellent presentation public speaking and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated results-driven and capable of working independently. Fluent in written and spoken English plus a local language. Flexible approach to travel and working hours
