Job Summary

Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Begumpet Hyderabad (Onsite)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Begumpet Hyderabad. The recruiter will be responsible for marketing available bench consultants to direct clients Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners across the US market. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in bench sales excellent communication skills and a strong network in the US IT staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Market and place bench candidates (H1B GC USC OPT CPT H4 EAD L2 EAD) with direct clients Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors clients and account managers to ensure quick placement of consultants.
Negotiate contract rates with clients and vendors to achieve profitable deals.
Track and maintain records of submissions interviews and placements in the ATS.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand client/vendor networks.
Ensure compliance with all US staffing regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with consultants regularly to understand their availability and project status.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 5 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruiting.
Strong understanding of the US staffing process work visas and employment types (W2 1099 C2C).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Skills

Existing vendor/client relationships across the US.
Experience working in an onsite environment with tight deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple consultants and prioritize submissions effectively.
