Job Summary

Position: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Role Overview:
As a Business Systems Analyst you will work closely with Solution Led teams to optimize productivity and communication within business systems. You will serve as a trusted advisor aligning data insights processes and systems to achieve program and initiative goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert for customer success platforms like Gainsight and Dynamics.
Ensure stability integrity and efficient operation of business systems.
Analyze business needs develop system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide advanced knowledge of systems to address complex issues and solutions.
Compile analyze and display data from multiple sources.
Prepare technical reports diagrams workflow maps or other visuals to enhance system understanding.
Recommend business processes or plans to improve system efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction.
Implement new requirements and contribute to system strategic planning.
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to prioritize and streamline solution implementations.
Provide functional support and advanced customer service to internal end-users.
Develop and maintain business requirements and system documentation.
Create and deliver training for team members and end-users.
Participate in system updates patches and maintenance.
Lead portions of projects and build project management skills.
Ensure awareness of accessibility compliance and security guidelines.

Must-Have Skills:

Gainsight and Dynamics expertise (Level 3 Gainsight Admin certification is a plus).
Business analysis: requirements gathering process mapping test script creation coordination.
Systems analysis: software configuration functional testing troubleshooting.
Process-oriented mindset with ability to scale team and operations.
Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Ability to think creatively and recommend innovative solutions.
Experience in facilitating and documenting business functional and technical requirements.
