The opportunity
We are currently hiring SAP ABAP/ HANA Technical Manager with an experience of 10 years to work on various implementation projects for our customers across the globe. We are looking for strong self-driven individuals who can be part of our journey in delivering industry leading solutions.
Preference
Candidates who can join immediately or within 45 days with Good communication skills.
Your key responsibilities
- To work on various implementation projects for our customers across the globe.
- Manage high-performance team in progressive environment towards successful completion of project.
- Should be capable to drive & deliver Implementation projects as per SAP HANA best practices.
- Manage team leads & drive the engagement via agreed mythologies/processes to deliver solution on agreed timelines.
- Should be able to drive & deliver End to End implementation with a keen eye on solutioning.
Skills and attributes for success
- Disciplined Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes
- SAP Security knowledge or experience
- Integrating with internal and external applications and systems with SAP
- Portal implementation experience
- Data extraction transformation and load experience
- Implementation experience on Performance Analysis and HANA Code Push down.
- Knowledge of digital technologies like Machine learning AI IOT Blockchain
To qualify for the role you must have
- Good Communication skills.
- Must have experience managing teams leading technical teams.
- Must have experience working in Global Implementation projects.
- Must have experience working with Global counter parts played client facing roles.
- Must have experience working in Onshore-Offshore model.
- Must have knowledge in Quality process.
- Must have delivered many implantation projects with good knowledge on RICEFW development.
- Good understanding of HANA platform with knowledge of SQL 92 framework (coding knowledge in ABAP 7.4 onwards)
- Should be good in ABAP on HANA. Working knowledge of procedure External Views
- Knowledge in Custom code push down techniques with practical knowledge of ABAP development toolkit ADT & expertise in implementing CDS views.
- End to End implementation experience with Exposure to Quality guidelines.
- College degree in related technology field (Computer Engineering Science etc.) or comparable job experiences
- Approximately 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP/HANA development role with minimum 2 years in project management. Able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the period.
- Certification is a plus (SAP Certification plus PMP or any other equivalent certification)
- Should have strong experience in SAP ABAP on HANA with OOPS AMDP CDS ODATA Services
Ideally youll also have
- Worked on Adobe forms Workflows Webdynpro Webservices BRF.
- Conceptual knowledge in RPA ML AI & other emerging technologies
- Worked on HANA migration project with good understanding of custom code issues post migration.
- Working knowledge of debugger in HANA studio & HANA data modelling.
