Job Summary
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather evaluate and respond to vendor inquiries and proposals.
Ensure that auction requests meet category-specific requirements and terms and conditions (T&Cs)
Manage the Request for Information (RFI) Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes within the application.
Responsible for planning the auction setting the date and time selecting the appropriate auction format (e.g. live auction online auction sealed bid) and ensuring all necessary resources are in place.
Preparing and maintaining all relevant auction documents including terms and conditions auction catalog bidder registration and bidding instructions.
Effectively communicating with potential bidders providing them with necessary information and addressing inquiries.
Basic auctioneer Training.
Managing the process of bidder registration including verifying bidder identities and ensuring they meet any eligibility criteria. Implementing measures to prevent fraudulent bidding and ensuring the security of bidder information.
Hands-on experience allows them to learn the intricacies of conducting auctions handling bidders and managing the auction process.
