Detailed JD:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical / industrial engineering / manufacturing engineering.
- 2 to 15 years of experience
- Technomatix Plant Simulation experience is a must to have skillset (2 years minimum)
- Experience in building DES Models to optimize layout and process.
- Experience with Throughput analysis Bottleneck analysis What-if analysis
- Able to independently handle requirement gathering data analysis model build scenario analysis reporting
- Work on analyzing manual and automation lines for a manufacturing setup
- Analyze line parameters such as Throughput Lead Time and Cycle time buffer requirement
- Support different teams with simulation model requests and be provide direction on process improvement through simulation modeling.
- SimTalk Scripting experience / expertise expected to be able to quickly transform complex manufacturing logic into the simulation model.
- Experience running experimenter for Monte Carlo simulations and other parametric experiments and extract necessary data from each experiment.
- Able to handle crisp Video Recording from Simulation models for leadership presentations.
- Good Communication & Keynote / PowerPoint skills.
- Ideal candidate should have enough experience to take over current projects and quickly ramp up.
- Excellent communication skills
