Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Project Manager with M365 and SharePoint experience to lead enterprise-level initiatives around data strategy governance migrations and digital transformation efforts. The candidate must have strong project management expertise hands-on experience with SharePoint migrations and knowledge of M365 products with a proven ability to drive stakeholder adoption and change management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead planning and execution of projects related to enterprise data strategy data governance system migration and AI-driven technologies.
Manage end-to-end migration efforts from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online (site architecture content migration permissions mapping stakeholder adoption).
Drive implementation of M365 ecosystem products (Copilot Forms Planner Premium and other collaboration tools).
Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations throughout the lifecycle.
Identify risks interdependencies and constraints implementing mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with Technology leadership Product Managers Technical Leads and Business Sponsors to ensure alignment.
Track/report on performance budget milestones and benefits realization.
Facilitate operational readiness planning (support models training and documentation).
Lead stakeholder engagement and communication for effective change management.
Conduct post-implementation evaluations for insights and continuous improvement.
Champion the use of modern PMO tools/templates while evolving practices to support emerging tech needs.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a focus on M365 and SharePoint migration projects.
Strong knowledge of enterprise data strategy governance and digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder engagement communication and change management skills.
Proficiency with PMO tools and methodologies.

Experience implementing AI-driven technologies in enterprise settings.
Familiarity with advanced M365 collaboration tools and adoption strategies.
Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
