Job Summary

Role Overview

Client is seeking two Workday HRIS Analysts to join the Total Rewards & Systems team. This role requires hands-on HRIS configuration experience with Workday and collaboration with HR functions including Recruitment Payroll Benefits Compensation and Employee Relations. One of the two positions requires prior VNDLY experience.

You will be responsible for the design testing implementation and administration of Workday HRIS while ensuring data integrity compliance and smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Talent Compensation Performance Security).
  • Create and manage business processes custom reports dashboards and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot triage and resolve end-user and integration issues.
  • Lead assigned HRIS projects across planning design testing and release.
  • Maintain compliance with internal and external audit controls.
  • Support semi-annual Workday upgrades and annual HCM cycles (performance calibration compensation review).
  • Evaluate and recommend adoption of new Workday features.
  • Provide training materials and end-user documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to implement process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of Workday HRIS configuration experience.
  • Proficiency in Workday core HCM modules (Talent Compensation Performance Security).
  • Strong skills in business process creation reporting and dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to present technical information effectively.
  • Team-oriented with proven ability to collaborate across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Pro Certification.
  • VNDLY integration experience (required for one of the two openings).
  • Experience with Recruitment Payroll Time Entry Time Off Advanced Compensation modules.
  • Ability to build BIRT reports Composite Reports and Report Groups.
  • Demonstrated business acumen project planning and ability to remain composed under pressure.
