2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM up to $37.00/hr DOE Sign-On Bonus
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM up to $37.00/hr DOE Sign-On Bonus

Type: Direct Hire

Overview:
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our manufacturing facility on either 2nd or 3rd shift. These roles involve performing a variety of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and plant facilities operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose mechanical electrical/electronic hydraulic and combustion malfunctions.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment using Allen Bradley PLCs (SLC 500 PLC 5 Control Logix).
Modify positions and troubleshoot ABB robots (Models M94 M98 M2000 M2600 M6700).
Install move and align new and existing equipment.
Set up and operate machine shop equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
Perform gas and electric welding operations.
Complete maintenance records and maintain a neat organized work area.
Perform preventive and proactive maintenance tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Allen Bradley PLCs hydraulics robotics and welding.
Proficiency troubleshooting die casting machine cells using PLCs and electrical/hydraulic schematics.
Technical or vocational education certificates or some college coursework.

Additional Information:

Standard 40-hour workweek overtime as needed.
Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
Direct hire opportunity with pay based on experience.
Sign-On Bonus available upon hire or conversion (with 1-year promissory note).
