RESPONSIBILITES

  • Provide guidance assistance coordination and follow up on client questions problems or malfunctions of all systems applications hardware and software installed and maintained by the company.
  • Participate in telephone support rotation providing support to users in offices across the Group via remote assistance tools.
  • Assist in user account administration including onboarding/offboarding and access control.
  • Document problems and solutions in the Service Desk ticketing system.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and assist in lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to knowledge base development for recurring issues and support documentation.
  • Inform management of potential problems and identifies problem trends.
  • Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors keyboards printers etc.
  • Install configure maintain and upgrade computer hardware and software.
  • Provide videoconference administration and support as needed.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff or specialized teams as needed.
  • Any other duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
  • Experience in corporate IT or Service Desk role.
  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS environments.
  • Experience supporting Active Directory Azure and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift/move equipment up to 20 kgs.
  • Additional languages are desirable (French German Spanish or Italian)
  • O365 Administration experience.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS).
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A Network Microsoft MTA/MCSA etc.).
  • Experience supporting mobile devices such as iPads iPhones etc.
