Job Summary
Operations Manager
Salary: up to 45000
Full time all year round permanent
Start date: December 2025
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to oversee key operational functions across our busy school. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations this role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day to day running of services and compliance with relevant standards.
The Operations Manager will take responsibility for areas including insurance coach services catering lettings utilities administration and compliance. You will work closely with colleagues external providers and the wider school community to deliver high quality services that support our students and staff.
The ideal candidate will bring excellent organisational and communication skills the ability to build positive relationships and strong attention to detail. Experience in managing operations compliance or service contracts will be an advantage along with a flexible and solution focused approach.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the effective running of the school and play a vital role in supporting its success.
The role sits within the Bursary team which is headed up by the Director of Finance and Operations and also includes the Finance Estates and IT functions.
