The D2C Manager will focus on the project management and execution of the cluster D2C models. When implemented the D2C manager will focus on everyday management of the D2C value propositions and driving continuous improvements and efficiencies over time in close collaboration with the D2C experts and guided by the EU D2C strategy to maximise pet owner experience conversion for P&L impact.
What are we looking for
General qualifications:
- Masters degree in business administration or equivalent e-commerce studies.
- Additional technical education within digital marketing is considered an asset
- Minimum 5 years work experience of which 3 years within e-commerce Business acumen
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in one of the languages of the cluster (more is a plus).

What will be your key responsibilities
- Responsible for management of the overall cluster D2C Value propositions
- Support in defining local implementation of the global D2C value propositions and strategy and manage platform implementation (e.g. Flagship Store)
- Support D2C lead in defining EU D2C strategy and implementing in cluster.
- Monitor analyse and report performance of D2C value propositions.
- Advice on improvements to drive short- and long-term value
- Enrich service level over time (take actions to improve NPS)
- Localise global activation toolkit including piloting and improving merchandising together with e-merchandising specialist.
- Together with the D2C lead and the cluster media manager implement & optimise the D2C media strategy.
- Together with Performance Marketing specialist optimize FGS to drive results (increase traffic optimize conversion rates) inc. SEO
- Collaborate with the pillar teams to understand pain points and improve digital recommendation model
- Activate and manage local operations (with Customer Service Consumer Care Logistics Finance and IT)
- Operate Flagship Store day-to-day with support from Customer Service team
