Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students in a Christian Academic setting.
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students in a Christian Academic setting.
You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow a comprehensive curriculum
- Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
- Change diapers and/or Potty Train
- Communicate with parents and other school personnel
- Assess students skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- DCF 45 Hrs. (Preferred)
- CPR Certified (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of classroom health safety and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
- Problem-solving and mediation skills
Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

We are located in Killearn Lakes off Deer Lake South near Killearn Lakes Elementary. Our mission is to create well-rounded students by cultivating a Christian foundation of love structure and knowledge. Programs at Little Lambs include preschool summer camp after-school and a plethora of enrichment activities.

It is well known that lambs are young sheep. As expressed in the Scripture above Peter a founding apostle of the Christian Faith was not only commissioned to preach the Gospel (Matthew 28:18-20) but feed the young of Gods flock.
To feed spiritually encompasses the full care of that individual. It goes beyond the natural supply of food. This type of feeding requires nurturing loving protecting and teaching.
Jesus The Great Shepherd connects the expression of love for Him with the care of His lambs. The Lord has revealed this to us and graced us with the heart to care for His precious young flock OR lambs. Thus the Little Lambs vision is to impart God educate feed and love on Gods little lambs.

At Little Lambs we aim to provide a nurturing and Christ-centered learning environment where young minds and hearts can flourish. Grounded in the love and excellence of Jesus Christ we are dedicated to fostering each childs spiritual intellectual emotional and social development.
