- Managing and improving the processes related to the store portfolio
- Ensuring tracking of country-specific activities
- Fostering a high-performance team and ensuring effective communication across all levels
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration or related fields
- Good leadership skills
- Well experienced in process management reporting and project management
- Commercial & financial understanding
- Very good communication skills in English and German (written and verbal)
- Intercultural competence and sensitivity
- Knowledge of portfolio management or retail store formats and concepts is a big plus
About Us
The real estate administration team is responsible to steer the whole process of the MediaMarkt store portfolio. This starts from a 1st approval of a new store opening or a prolongation of an existing contract till the regular adjustments of the existing sales and secondary areas. Inside the process the team provides the required process management system as well as making sure that all the deadlines for the different committees are met.
