Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist Evening Shift
Location:Lynnfield Mass
Hours: MondayFriday 6:00 PM 2:30 AM
Start Date:October 20 2025
Shift: 6:00pm-2:30am Mon - Fri
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.
Are you detail-oriented love problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment Join our team as a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate and play a key role in ensuring our print and mail operations meet top-notch client and USPS standards!
What Youll Do
As a QA Associate youll be the final checkpoint for accuracy and quality by:
- Inspecting print and mail output to ensure it meets client and USPS specifications.
- Verifying client piece counts against print/mail output counts.
- Monitoring print insertion and custom transactions for compliance with Quality Assurance SOPs.
- Supporting operational compliance withcompanypolicies.
Be the Quality Champion!
Youll take immediate action to keep operations running smoothly by:
- Stopping non-compliant transactions.
- Alerting supervisors and management of quality concerns.
- Increase inspections until improvements are confirmed.
- Partnering with Operations to identify assess and correct issues.
