About the Role:
We are seeking an Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team and support the growing volume of procurement operations. This role will be instrumental in managing purchase orders and requisitions supplier onboarding and contract administration using SAP S/4HANA and Ariba while ensuring compliance with CAATs procurement policies.
The Analyst will play a key role in our digital transformation journey helping to streamline procurement processes enhance reporting and compliance rate along with supporting cross-functional teams.
As the Newest Member of our Team Youll:
- Create track and manage purchase orders (POs) and purchase requisitions (PRs) in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba.
- Ensure procurement transactions comply with CAATs policies and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage supplier onboarding and performance tracking in SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLP).
- Administer supplier contracts in SAP Ariba Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Collaborate with internal teamsincluding Accounts Payable Finance Legal IT and business unitsto address procurement related inquiries and resolve issues throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Prepare procurement reports and analysis to identify trends cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Support Phase 2 of SAP Ariba implementation including guiding internal stakeholders through new processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in procurement practices.
- Ensure compliance and help mitigate procurement risks.
- Perform ad-hock duties as assigned.
To Succeed You Bring:
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management Business Finance or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in procurement purchasing or supply chain management ideally with exposure to technology-related procurement.
- Certifications like NISCL-CSCL or CSCMP are an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word; experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Ariba is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and meet tight deadlines.
- A team player attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle interactions with senior stakeholders and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
