Job Summary

As an IATF / ISMS Lead Auditor at Bureau Veritas you will be responsible for leading and executing audits in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards. You will ensure that client management systems meet international compliance requirements support continual improvement and uphold the integrity of Bureau Veritas certification processes. This role demands technical expertise leadership and a strong understanding of automotive and information security management systems.

As Auditor responsibilities as follows:

  • Has delegated authority for the control and performance of on-site audit activities including any planning and review as described in Audit Preparation and Audit Realization.
  • Audit Execution & Leadership
  • Plan conduct and lead audits execution and post audit activities based on ISO 17O21-1 requirements and BV Guidelines..
  • Chair opening and closing meetings with clients.
  • Assign responsibilities to audit team members and manage audit scope.
  • Communicate audit progress and findings to clients and internal teams.
  • Resolve audit-related issues and document unresolved points.
  • Review audit evidence classify nonconformities and recommend certification decisions.

Post-Audit Activities:

  • Prepare and submit comprehensive audit reports.
  • Review client corrective actions and ensure timely closure of nonconformities.
  • Recommend certification status changes (e.g. suspension withdrawal recertification).

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

  • Participate in global and local initiatives including auditor calibration and training.
  • Collaborate with regional and local certification teams.
  • Support internal audits and contribute to the development of best practices.

Performance Standards:

  • Timely and accurate submission of audit documentation.
  • Responsiveness to reviewer feedback and client queries.
  • High-quality audit execution with minimal file rejections.
  • Compliance with Bureau Veritas and ISO/IATF standards.

Other Tasks:

  • Will participate BV Global and local initiative programs.
  • Will participate BU Certification required programs and activities (i.e. Competency management Auditors Calibration on line trainings assigned external trainings required meetings internal and external audit etc.)
  • Will perform other tasks assigned by the management.
